Here is something more substantial than toast for those who have the time and the appetite for it. It is simply an archive of my sermons, most of which have been preached at Bolton St James Church, Bradford. They are unedited which means that they occasionally contain references to local people and events that will mean nothing to the present reader. Hopefully, however, that will not detract from the teaching itself.
The symbol (a) signifies that an audio version is also provided.
The sermons are copyright but may be quoted from freely with proper acknowledgment of the source.

Bacon???? Torah teaches that pork is unclean and is not to be considered food!!!!!
“Are you so dull?” Jesus asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a man from the outside can make him ‘unclean’? For it doesn’t go into his heart but into his stomach, and then out of his body.” (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods “clean.”) He went on: “What comes out of a man is what makes him ‘unclean.’ For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make a man “unclean.’” Matthew 7.18-23
